ERRATA TO THE FINAL EIR
INTRODUCTION
The City of Fresno (City) has prepared this Errata sheet to clarify and correct informa�on in the Final Environmental Impact Report (F inal EIR) for the 2740 W est Nielsen Office/Warehouse Project (Development Permit Applica�on No. P21 -02699 and Tenta�ve Parcel Map Applica�on No. P2 1- 05930) (proposed project). Pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Sec�on 15088.5, recircula�on is not required where the new informa�on added to the EIR merely clarifi es or amplifies or makes insignificant modifica�ons in an adequate EIR. This Errata sheet includes minor text edits to the Final EIR for the project and subsequent revisions her ein do not contain significant new informa�on that alter the conclusions of the Final EIR , result in any new significant environmental impacts, or deprive the public of a meaningful opportunity to comment upon a substan�al adverse environmental effect of the project.

Section 1.2, Environmental Review Process
The informa�on contained in the EIR must be reviewed and considered by the City of Fresno Planning Commission and City Council prior to a decision to approve, disapprove, or modify the project.
Section 1.7, Public Participation
The City will provide opportuni�es for the public to present comments and concerns regarding the CEQA and planning processes. These opportuni�es will occur during the Dra� EIR public review and comment period and public hearings before the City of Fresno Planning Commission and City Council.
Writen public comments may be submited to the Planning and Development Department during the specified public review and comment period, and oral comments may be presented at the Dra� EIR public hearing before the City of Fresno Planning Commission and City Council.
