A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, DISSOLVING THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TRANSITION
SUBCOMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Fresno City Council Rules of Procedure allow for the creation and dissolution of committees at the discretion of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Council created the Redevelopment Agency Transition Subcommittee (Subcommittee) with Resolution 2012-3 on January 12, 2012; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined the Subcommittee is no longer necessary and shall be dissolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. The Council authorizes the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency Transition Subcommittee.
2. This resolution shall be effective upon approval.
