P23-03987, pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 15-5803.A.1.
Text Amendment Application No. P23-03987 proposes an amendment to Section 15 - 4304 of the Fresno Municipal Code, updating language relative to the findings for approval for revisions to subdivisions.
This action is only to initiate the processing of a text amendment and does not constitute a favorable or unfavorable recommendation by the Director.
