Intent of the Project:
The proposed Project is to provide affordable housing for Seniors. The Project is a planned housing development of 120 units located at 5061 Tulare st., Fresno, Ca 93727.
Hours of operation:
Office hours will be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m Monday through Friday.
A resident Manager will be on site 24 hours.
Special services:
Services planned to be provided to the Senior residents include:
• Exercise classes
• Healthy living classes
• Varied calendar of events
