The petitioner is asking the City to approve this application to allow development of 112 one bedroom apartments designated for senior citizens on the described property.

Hours of operation:
Office hours will be between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m Monday through Friday.
A resident Manager will be on site 24 hours.
