SOW -
Supply and install new stand off mounts, 7/8” transmission line, jumpers, supports, connectors, and grounding for (6) LMR antenna systems
Install client provided LMR UHF/VHF antennas
Complete system sweeps
Supply installation report with sweeps and photos
Total $34,834.00
Qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions-
This proposal excludes troubleshooting, delays, access issues, remobilization, changes in scope, overtime due to expedited scheduling requests, downtime and any other changes that are the result of conditions outside the direct control of Aztecs. Change orders, troubleshooting, stand-by, delays, out of scope, T&M and additional scopes of work will be invoiced as additional costs.
Labor costs proposed good for 14 days. Material costs proposed good for 30 days. This proposal is based on completing the work while on site for the installation
