Subject: Appeal of Planning Commission’s Decision on Zoning Inquiry P23-02357
Director Clark:
I was requested by the applicant, Bauer’s Auto Wrecking and Towing (Bauer’s Towing), to appeal the Planning Commission’s action related to Zoning Inquiry No. P23 -02357. On March 6, 2024, the Planning Commission denied the applicant ’s appeal and upheld the Planning Director’s determination that Bauer’s Towing is not in conformance with Policy and Procedure No. C-002.
In order to create an opportunity for public comment, I am now appealing the final decision of the Planning Commission from March 6th, 2024, denying Bauer’s Auto Wrecking and Towing’s appeal.
