1. The City Council exempts the following Council District 3 residential street sections from the Residential Street Speed Hump Policy specifically the attached hereto as Exhibit A from the neighborhood support requirements.
2. The City Council directs staff to include the following speed humps as a traffic calming measure and use Council District 3 funding to fund the exempted speed humps.
3. This resolution shall be effective upon final approval. 2 of 3
