AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, OF THE FRESNO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY REGULATIONS THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 5
FIRE PREVENTION
SECTION 1. Section 10-50510.4.2 of the Fresno Municipal Code is amended to read:
SECTION 10-510.4.2 SYSTEM DESIGN.
510.4.2 System Design. The in-building, two-way emergency responder communication coverage system shall be designed in accordance with Sections 510.4.2.1 through 510.4.2.8, NFPA 1225, and Fire Department Policy.
SECTION 2. Section 10-50510.5 of the Fresno Municipal Code is amended to read:
SECTION 10-510.5 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS.
510.5 Installation Requirements. The installation of the in building, two-way emergency responder communication coverage system shall be in accordance with NFPA 1225, Sections 510.5.2 through 510.5.5, and Fire Department Policy.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective and in full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the thirty-first day after its final passage. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
