Community Regional Medical Center
This proposer had the lowest proposal pricing at $450,000 for all six items in the proposal; however, only four items will be awarded. Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) has over 76 years’ experience and have been providing acute and non-acute sexual assault examination services on victims and suspects for the Fresno Police Department for the last 25 years. CRMC has provided great customer service to all involved in the services provided under this proposal. CRMC submitted all of the required documentation for this proposal.

Valley Children’s Medical Center
This proposer had the middle proposal pricing of the three proposals received at $550,000. The proposer submitted pricing on four of six items of the proposal. The items are 1, 3, 5, and 6. Valley Children’s Medical Center (VCH) has over 70 years’ experience and have been providing acute and non-acute sexual assault examination services on victims for the Fresno Police Department for the last six (6) years. VCH has provided outstanding customer service to all involved in the services provided under this proposal. VCH does not receive the same volume of cases, due to their location and difficulty of some victims having the transportation to get to their facility since they are located in Madera County. VCH delivered all of the required documentation for this proposal.
