A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO .
2016-041 TO REQUIRE AN ANNUAL REPORT BE MADE
DUE TO COUNCIL NO LATER THAN APRIL 30th OF EACH
YEAR
WHEREAS, on March 17, 2016, the City Council adopted Resolution 2016 -041, making annual reports required under the Mitigation Fee Act, along with requiring the Administration to additionally provide Council a quarterly report detailing the amount and type of development impact fees reduced for each development project, along with the running total of reduced fees that may need to be offset by other legally permissible City funding sources; and
WHEREAS, due to quarterly reports becoming overly time consuming and redundant, they are no longer deemed necessary in addition to the annual report; and WHEREAS, the annual report shall be due to Council no later than April 30th each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. Resolution 2016-041 is amended to no longer require the Administration to provide quarterly reports.
2. The annual report shall be due to Council no later than April 30th each year.
3. This resolution shall be effective upon final approval.
