This Addendum relates to the Playspace Partner Agreement between KABOOM! and the City of Fresno Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services Department that was executed on June 26, 2023. In the event of any inconsistencies in the terms, provisions and conditions of the Playspace Partner Agreement between the KABOOM! and the City of Fresno and this Addendum, the terms, provisions and conditions of this Addendum shall govern.
Due to the change of project location and project scope for the playground project from University Park (179900207-University Tot Lot) to Cary Park (179900167-Cary Tot Lot), the City of Fresno agrees to pay an additional contribution of $181,764 at least 30 days before Build Day.
By signing this Agreement, both parties agree that each has read and understands this Addendum in its entirety.
