agrees to the provisions contained in the application and program guidelines and related documents.
4. The Council appoints and authorizes the Director of Public Works or designee, and each of them as agents for the City of Fresno, to execute and submit all grant application related documents and execut e grant related agreements, subject to prior approval as to form by the City Attorney’s Office.
5. This resolution shall be effective upon final approval.
