ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 202 4-122

DEPARTMENT’S STEP GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 202 4-122 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $502,500 to fund overtime to pay for officers to implement approved best practices strategies to reduce the number of persons killed and injured in crashes involving alcohol, speed, distracted driving, as well as other primary collision factors. The grant also funds training and supply components.
