On August 7, 2024, the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit Application No. P23-03592, located on the northwest corner of Stanislaus and M Streets in Downtown Fresno. I appeal this decision for discussion at the City Council to explore the applicability of legal non-confirming uses and land use designations.
