On August 21, 2024, the Planning Commission approved to deny an appeal and uphold the Planning Director’s approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-13. I appeal this decision for discussion by the Fresno City Council to explore the applicability of provisions of the State Subdivision Map Act, Fresno Municipal Code, City policies, and City of Fresno Standard Specifications related to public improvements and Tentative Parcel Maps.
