Subject: Appeal of Planning Director’s Approval of P23-03592
Director Clark:
In accordance with Sec. 15-5017 of the Municipal Code, I hereby appeal the Planning Director’s decision to approve Conditional Use Permit Application No. P23-03592, authorizing the applicant (A-1 Auto Electric) to expand their legal non-conforming Auto/Vehicle Repair (Major) land use into a vacant building across the street located at 2345 Stanislaus Street, Fresno, CA 93721.
I appeal this decision for discussion at the Planning Commission to create an opportunity for public comment.
