CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 23 RD AMENDMENT TO THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION (AAR) NO. 2024-122
REALLOCATING $86,900 FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT DISTRICT 3 INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT TO
THE CITY COUNCIL DEPARTMENT FOR THE WARNORS
THEATRE ROOF REPAIR PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual A ppropriation Resolution No. 202 4-122 be and is hereby amended as follows:
