Dear Mr. Todd Stermer, CMC,
As the president of Roeding Park Tennis Club, I would like to request to be placed on the October 31, 2024 agenda.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the City Council for the use of Measure P funds for the resurfacing and improvement of the Roeding Park Tennis Courts.
Furthermore, I would like to request a Ribbon Cutting be held on courts to honor this endeavour.
I feel this would honor the work of Frederick and Marianne Roeding who donated the 148 acres to the City and their son, George Roeding who directed the park’s development.
We as tennis played are committed to efforts to build the community love of such facilities provided at Roeding Park.
