I appeal this decision for discussion at Planning Commission to explore the conditions of approval related to public improvements, and to explore the modifications to the development standards of the Fresno Municipal Code.

P23-03784 & Related Planned Development Application No. P23 -03785. I appeal this decision for discussion at Fresno City Council to consider the conditions of approval for the Project and the applicant’s request for modifications to the development standards of the Fresno Municipal Code that will affect the health and safety of residents and students of the school.
