Topic/Subject I wish to speak about a proposition that I am offering to the City of Fresno. I want to address an ever-growing issue in our schools and that is gun violence.
What my speech will highlight is the newest school shooting in Wisconsin and also address how my school, Clovis West has had a threat which fortunately did not turn into reality. It will ask for both cities, Fresno and Clovis to sign a page on the letter which will then be delivered to the governor of California to open the eyes of not just people in California but also others across the country to address that the heart of California is aware of this issue and is advocating for those who may not have that recognition.
