1. Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to apply for up to $15,000,000 from the National Park Service’s Outdoor Recreation Legacy Fund grant program to fund developing phase II of the South Peach Avenue Park located at 2155 South Peach Avenue; and
2. Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to conduct negotiations, execute, submit , and sign all grant application related documents and execute grant related agreements, subject to prior approval as to form by the City Attorney’s Office.
