SUBJECT: ALUC Consistency Determination Result for Text Amendment Application No. P23-03472
Dear Steven,
This letter serves as confirmation that the Fresno County Airport Land Use Commission approved Text Amendment Application No. P23-03472 at their meeting on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Text Amendment Application No. P23-03472 proposes to amend the Citywide Development Code and modify Fresno Municipal Code Sections 15-6703 (Definitions) and 15-1302 (Employment Use Regulations). The proposed text amendment would provide new terms and definitions to the proposed Sub-Acute Care Facilities uses within the O (Office) zone Districts. The proposed text amendment would also require additional regulations be met prior to obtaining an approved Conditional Use Permit.
Text Amendment Application No. P23-03472 approval is effective immediately.
