Topic/Subject Parking along Liberty Hill between Cedar and Perrin, and parking along Saybrook, between Cedar and Shepard has become excessive and unsafe. We are asking for at least one side of this street to be No Parking. The line of parked cars has become a hazard for those turning into their neighborhood streets and safety concerns arise as pedestrians walk between the vehicles.
Also of concern is that ADU and JADUs are currently exempt from parking violations. So when neighbors report vehicles that are parked on the street at night, the owner of the vehicle may apply for an ADU for the sole purpose of being exempt from parking violations.
