THAT the purpose is to appropriate $7 15,200 for a collaborative effort with the Fresno County Probation, James Rowland Crime Victim Assistance Center (CVAC) in investigating prosecution advocacy for victims of sexual assault cold cases with the National Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) grant.
