ID 25-581 Approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Pavletic Consulting LLC., (formerly Municipal Financial Services, a sole proprietorship) to extend the term through December 31, 2027, and increase the compensation by $75,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $219,000, and authorize the Director of Public Utilities, or designee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement. (Citywide) eComment: Why is Fresno contracting an extension instead of getting more bids? Who is Tom pavletic? He owns the company and you guys gave him a contract as a sole proprietor so it was just him. Does he have a connection to fresno? His sole proprietor business was in Henderson Nevada and now his llc is in Texas. I think we can find people in fresno or maybe the valley to do this work. Is there a reason why fresno is going far away for this service? I�€™m opposed to this because it feels weird to me.
