The purpose of the project is to remove approximately 629 LF of existing fencing and replace the fencing with new fencing with anti-intrusion pickets. An additional 223 of exiting CMU fence will have anti-intrusion picket toppers added.

The project consists of the replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity and also consists of the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure. Furthermore, the staff has determined that none of the exceptions to Categorical Exemptions set forth in the CEQA Guidelines, Section 15300.2, apply to this Project.
