A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO ADOPTING THE 587 th AMENDMENT TO THE
MASTER FEE SC HEDULE RESOLUTION NO. 80 -420 TO
ESTABLISH FACILITY RESERVATION FEES FOR MARIPOSA
PLAZA IN THE PARKS, AFTER SCHOOL, RECREATION, AND
COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
THAT the Master Fee Schedule Resolution No. 80-420 be and is hereby amended to add and revise various fees under the PARCS Department section. The revised pages of the Master Fee Schedule are attached as Exhibit “A” and are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Resolution.
THAT effective January 1, 2026, staff shall administratively adjust certain fees, as identified in Exhibit A, in an amount not to exceed the 12-month percentage change in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index (CPI) (Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers for the San Francisco- Oakland-San Jose Area), for the most current month that data is available.
THAT the fees adjusted by this RESOLUTION shall become effective upon final approval.

The attendance fee is to be applied to all tickets sold for attendance to events hosted by Organizations or Individuals charging admission at Regional Sports Complex, Ted C. Wills, Romain, Holmes, Frank H. Ball, and Maxie L. Parks. The City fee will be charged based on the proposed attendance fee that will be provided by organizations in the application and would be collected as follows:
** $1,500.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales whichever is greater plus collection of improvement fee effective 1/1/2009.
