The total budget allocation for Water Main Replacements in the area bound by Clinton, Teilman, University and West Avenues is $5,813,709.96. Of this amount. $46,861.58 was expended and encumbered by the end of Fiscal Year 2024. The remaining $5,761,517.00 was carried over to Fiscal Year 2025. Construction is fully funded and additional allocations will be included in Fiscal Year 2026 to account for construction management and closeout.
