Water Division SCADA The SCADA Segregation project was
commissioned as part of the Water Division’s
Cyber Security initiative. The mission of this project
is to isolate the Water Divisions 4 SCADA systems
and networks from the City of Fresno’s business
infrastructure for the sole goal of increasing our
security posture. This is a single project which is
broken down by location: Ground Water SCADA,
South East Treatment Facility and North East
Treatment Facility. Each of these systems are
independent yet are interconnected for the
purposes of administration and management. The
requested Cisco devices will allow us to inner-
connect all locations across dark fiber and not
across the City of Fresno’s enterprise networks.
