On April 2, 2025, the Planning Commission denied the appeal and upheld the decision of the Planning and Development Director to deny Conditional Use Permit Application No. P24-01344, requesting authorization to establish a State of California Alcoholic Beverage Control Type 20 alcohol license (Off-sale beer and wine). I appeal this decision for discussion among the City Council in order to assess the net impact on the surrounding neighborhood.
