The City Attorney's office has required an extension of time to provide me with the public record request to 09/18/2025, and therefore I will not have the confirmation that I need to respond to this item appropriately.
My request
details are at the bottom of this email, and since we had this contract for approx 3 years, it is reasonable for us to talk to the change, which appears to be a result of unfair competition (by now including CalAim services preference in the NOFA which takes over 1 year to become a CalAim provider, and we were not notified of this upcoming potential new requirement in order to be competitive in this area; there are other concerns as well, but the Public Records information may provide additional answers and is needed for me to address this item).
A very
experienced and familiar government grant writing organization was involved in our application to this NOFA and this ensured excellence.
