h. Emissions, Green House Gas (GHG), or Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) tracking, reporting, and management.

Sourcewell providing Supplier with prompt written notice of a claim; (b) Sourcewell providing the defense and settlement of such
claim; and (c) Supplier having sole authority to defend or settle such claim. Notwithstanding subsection (c) of this provision, Sourcewell may employ, at its sole cost and expense, separate counsel of its own choosing, but in no event Supplier will be liable for any damages or liability arising out of Sourcewell's employment of its own counsel.
