Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to demolish existing curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, portion of valley gutter, and portions of asphalt roadway. Install new concrete curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps, asphalt sidewalk and asphalt plug paving per the City of Fresno's RFP No. 1, dated September 19, 2025, and Cal Valley Constructions revised cost proposal, dated September 25, 2025.
