Gentlemen,
I am OPPOSED to this amendment. It would greatly impact traffic, schools, and services in this area that have not been planned for in the existing plans. Unless you are planning on expanding Herndon in some method, it doesn't make sense to increase the density in this area, it seems that if you want to increase housing, you should go to an area of Fresno that is not had planning in place for 40 or 50 or 60 years.
Thank you for your consideration on this matter .

Ministerial approval of office to dwelling conversions in the Office zone district; and b. Ministerial approval of multi-unit residential development in the RM-1, RM-2, and RM-3 zone districts on parcels within one-half mile of an existing bus stop; and c. Ministerial approval of multi-unit residential uses in the NMX, CMX, RMX, CMS and CR zone districts on parcels within the City's Infill Priority Area; and d. Ministerial approval of new multi-unit residential development in the Office zone district.
eComment: I support this text amendment. I understand a member of this city council wants to end FAX service on Herndon Avenue in order to avoid state law and refers to citizens as €œenvironmental terrorists.€ I suggest to him and the rest of the council that, instead of trying to cut corners and violate the laws, they obey them.

eComment: RE: P24-00794 Ministerial Approval RE: P24-00794. I would respectfully ask that you follow the unanimous decision of the Planning Commission and deny this text amendment and MND . If you cannot do that, we would respectfully ask that you remove the vacant undeveloped parcels zoned for office. These properties are a miniscule portion of the text amendment and were not part of the original intent. The planning commission has made sound decisions on this text amendment and the southwest re-zone. Thank you.
