TO THE MASTER FEE SC HEDULE RESOLUTION NO. 80 -
420 TO ADD A PER PACKAGE TOBACCO RETAIL
PROHIBITED PRODUCTS FINE IN THE CITY ATTORNEY’S
OFFICE/CODE ENFORCEMENT SECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. T he Master Fee Schedule Resolution No. 80-420 be and is hereby amended to add a new fee under the City Attorney’s Office/Code Enforcement section. The revised pages of the Master Fee Schedule are attached as Exhibit “A” and are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Resolution.
2. Th e fees adjusted by this Resolution shall become effective on the effective date of Ordinance No. 2025-____ [An Ordinance of the City of Fresno, California adding Article 37 to Chapter 9 of the Fresno Municipal Code, Tobacco Retailer Ordinance].
