CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 27th AMENDMENT TO THE
ANNUAL APPROPR IATION RESOLUTION NO. 2025-179 TO
APPROPRIATE $11,500 IN DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTIONS FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT-OF -WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET
AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT S FOR THE FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO 6379 AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH
PEACH AVENUE AND EAST FLORENCE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No 2025 -179 be and is hereby amended as follows:
