Annual Master Fee (MFS) Schedule Amendment Process3
The Annual MFS Amendment is considered by Council at the beginning of each calendar year, helping to inform the budget build process and the forecast of revenue collections.
Annual Process Outline:
1. Departments review and propose updates to the Master Fee Schedule as appropriate
2. City Attorney’s Office reviews proposed revisions
3. Administration and Departments meet to review all proposed revisions
4. Amendment Resolution and supporting documents are finalized and reviewed by City Attorney’s Office
5. City Council Consideration
6. Annual budget submissions due from all Departments
