CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 41st AMENDMENT TO THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 2025-179
APPROPRIATING $1,500,000 CONTINGENT ON THE AMOUNT
OF MEASURE P EXPANDED ACCESS TO ARTS & CULTURE
FUNDS RETURNED TO THE CITY BY THE FRESNO ARTS
COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No 2025-179 be and is hereby amended as follows:
