Legal Description for an Abandonment of a Public Utility Easement Being a portion of Lot 38 of that certain final map entitled “Tract No. 6325” , filed in Volume 92 of Plats, at Pages 68 and 69, Fresno County Records, situated in the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 13 South, Range 21 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, City of Fresno, County of Fresno, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
