SUBJECT: DONATION OF SERVICES – CITY HALL ANNEX GYM
The Fresno Police Department respectfully requests authorization to accept a donation from the Fresno Police Officers Association for the refurbishment of the City Hall Annex Gym utilized by Fresno Police Department personnel.
This project is being funded through the Ron Passmore Endowment, which was established specifically to support and improve the Headquarters gym for the benefit of Fresno Police Department employees.
The donation consists of carpet materials and installation services for the gym facility, with a total estimated value of $36,686.19.
The Fresno Police Officers Association has committed to financially support and maintain this gym for use by all department personnel. This refurbishment project is intended to improve the condition, appearance, and overall usability of the facility for of ficers and professional staff.
Due to the flooring company’s current scheduling availability, the targeted installation timeframe is the first week of June 2026.
