Hello,
Im an educator , a mother and citizen of Fresno. Please dont put more alcohol in our poorest communities; we already know we have a substance abuse problem , that leads to many Duis every yr and loss.
We also have many studies from Fresno state that demonstrate how our poorest areas have lower life expectancies. I am against policies, regulations that affect our already in need areas.
