A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO TERMINATE
THE MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH SLWA INSURANCE
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Fresno entered into a marketing agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label Incorporated, doing business as SLWA Insurance Services, in January 2024 (Agreement); and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City of Fresno to terminate the Agreement for any reason with 90 days’ written notice to SLWA; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. The City Council directs the City Manager to terminate the Agreement at the end of Fiscal Year 2027.
