A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA AMENDING QUORUM
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMMISSION ON FAMILY
AFFORDABILITY AND CHILDCARE ACCESS
WHEREAS, the Council created the Commission on Family Affordability and Childcare Access (the Commission) by Resolution during a Special Meeting on June 8 , 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Council now wishes to amend the quorum requirements of the Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as follows:
1. A quorum of the Commission shall consist of six Commissioners.
