CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 25th AMENDMENT TO THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 2026-159 TO
REALLOCATE $70,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND
APPROPRIATE $30,000 FROM THE COMMUNITY BENEFIT
FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 LGBTQ GRANT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No 2026-159 be and is hereby amended as follows:
