Project shall be awarded on the Base Bid. If applicable, the City may elect to use Bid Alternates after award.
Changes to either Unit Price or Amount shall be striked-out and initialed (1) The unit cost for this item is final and is exempt from any changes in quantities, 25% over or under the estimated amount per Section 3 of the Standard Specifications.
(2) Prospective bidders shall provide price for alternate bid items. Failure to provide alternate prices shall result in rejection of bid. These Alternate Bid Items are in addition to the Base Bid Items.
