RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS, AMENDMENTS, RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATIONS AND ALL OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WHEREAS, the City of Fullerton is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for certain Transportation Projects through the California Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the City of Fullerton adopted Resolution No. 10-20 on March 16, 2010 authorizing the Director of Engineering to execute Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements.
WHEREAS, the City has reorganized eliminating the Engineering Department and creating the Public Works Department.
WHEREAS, in addition to the Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and Fund Transfer Agreements, the California Department of Transportation now requires an authorized official from the City of Fullerton endorse the Right-of-Way Certification.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Fullerton resolves:
The City Council of the City of Fullerton hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works, to execute all required documents including the above referenced agreements, amendments and Right-of-Way Certifications with the State of California.
