SCOPE OF WORK
Authority
This SOW reflects the allocation of designated funding to the City of Fullerton pursuant to the 2021 Budget Act, as amended by Budget Bill Jr. (SB 129) Chapter 69, Control Section 19.56 (b) (208).
Purpose
Scope of Work
The City of Fullerton shall use $4,000,000 of this funding for the Homelessness Recuperative Center.
Monitoring
The City of Fullerton will maintain books, records, documents, and other evidence that demonstrates the funding was used for the Homelessness Recuperative Center.
These books, records, documents, and other evidence shall be made available for audit and inspection by the Department for a period of three years.
