Dear Officer Feaster:
I would like to begin by outlining our proposal for maintaining the Tow Guidelines storage capacity requirement for the vehicles brought in by Fullerton Police Department (FPD). Pacific Towing currently has two storage yards; our primary yard, located at 2840 E Coronado Street, Anaheim, CA 92806, and our secondary yard, located at 391 E Commercial St, Anaheim, CA 92801. Currently, and in compliance with our additional contracts with California Highway Patrol (CHP) and Anaheim Police Department (APD), all vehicles brought in through each department is stored at our secondary yard. In order to maintain compliance with FPD's storage capacity requirement, our primary yard is reserved for all vehicles brought in by FPD. As mentioned prior, and in compliance with Pacific Towing's additional tow contracts, we store all vehicles brought in by the other departments at our secondary yard and occasionally a few vehicles at our primary location only if capacity is available.
Additionally, all vehicles that have cleared lien, or are pending clearance, as well as all junk vehicles are stored at our secondary yard to ensure capacity is continuously met at our primary yard for FPD vehicles.
