Staff provided an update on the Water Rate Funding and Project Implementation status.
Staff provided an update on existing and upcoming PFAS projects, related costs and funding, regulations and overall water system impacts.
Committee reviewed potential arterial streets to rehabilitate using SB1 funds. INRAC selected two streets for City Council consideration.
Staff presented a summary of City Council ARPA fund allocations, specifically highlighting infrastructure allocations.
Staff provided the monthly status update on all currently active CIP projects and staffing levels.

February 17, 2021 Special Meeting
The Board held a special meeting to reconsider E-rate Funding for Main Library Technology. The Board voted to rescind approval of the project and directed staff to explore other uses of the grant.
The Board voted to approve Hunt Library Revitalization Project Grant, not to exceed $200,000.
Library Board Privileges Revocation Appeals Subcommittee February 24, 2022 Special Meeting
The subcommittee voted to deny Kayla Crenshaw’s appeal and uphold the decision to revoke her library privileges through November 16, 2022.

Approved automating children’s paperback processing at an increased per item cost.
Approved spending up to $4,000 per year from the Friends Restricted Account to offset the additional automating children’s paperback processing costs.
Voted to make the Friday and Saturday operating hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm permanent.
